Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Services

NextVision FZE LLC provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to Digital Advertising management, Automation Setup, and Sales Funnels creation.

2. Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR or USD depending on your invoice and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your email upon successful payment.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1. One-Time Services (e.g., Funnel Building, Setup Fees)

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Work in Progress: Once the onboarding process has started or our team has begun working on your project strategies or assets, no refunds will be issued.

  • Completed Work: Due to the nature of digital services and intellectual property, no refunds are possible once the service has been delivered.

3.2. Monthly Subscriptions (e.g., Ad Management Retainers)

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@next-vision-agency.com at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the subsequent month. No partial refunds are given for unused days in the current billing month.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the specific creative assets (images, copy, funnel structure) produced for them. NextVision FZE LLC retains the right to use the work in its portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is mutually signed.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ajman Media City Free Zone. Any dispute arising needs to be resolved within these jurisdictions.
